[T3] Empi seat belt instalation '69 square ?????

I bought a empi seat belt kit from bill & steve's so that I could have
shoulder harnesses in the rear seats of my 1969 squareback.

The instructions that came with the kit are pathetic and I can't even figure
out which way is up.

Anybody ever install these? Can you offer any help ?
