That's the logical answer...but is the torque a specific setting.  That is,
is it just you'd better get it tight?

That's okay for getting them off, but to install them you need to actually
set 
them to a specific torque. While lots of people use air wrenches to install 
them, it's a bad practice and often gives disappointing results.
