I don't think the factory installed foglights or a tach on any type 3 other 
that the type 34.

If you decide to count dealer add-ons as "stock" then ANYTHING can be 
considered stock, because chances are that you can find a dealer somewhere who 
offered it.

My criteria is whether it appears in the factory parts lists with a VW part #. 
If it does, then we can be assured that at least some cars came from the 
factory with that part on it.
