> Be careful about fuel cell technology. After all, where do you get the > Hydrogen from? Electrolysis or chemical processes using fossil fuels, How about the high temperature/pressure (allothermal?) pyrolysis of wood? There's some German process being studied which yields a high percentage of hydrogen gas. That would be renewable energy. Then there's always electrolysis of water with solar energy, or nuclear energy (NOT nucular!). It doesn't rely on fossil fuels in the normally-accepted meaning of the word. BTW Why does the USA President insist on calling the weapon based on fusion of one nucleus to another as nucular, not nuclear? He's even got our Prime Minister to say it that way, but I notice he (PM) looks uncomfortable about it. Dave.
