[T3] Problem Fixed! (Was: Re: [T3] More fuel pump problems & a story)

Dave was spot on with his diagnosis! I took the tops of the carbs off toady
and found some junk in the float bowls and thought that that was the
problem. Then I remembered what Dave said above, so I checked the needle
valves, and sure enough there was a small slither of rubber stuck in the
right hand side one.
