	That's the one.  Have another look.  I bet that if you were 
to take that hose off (kind of a pain to do, though) and bend it, 
you'd find that most of those superficial cracks actually go clear 
through.

	Try this:  go get gas.  Fill it up.  Top it off.  (Illegal in 
California, of course, but you're already dumping gas when you make a 
left turn.)  Drive away with your very full tank and make a couple of 
left turns.  Try your paper towel trick again; my money's on you 
finding plenty of gas.
