With the heat riser, it is for a single carb engine. But that could be
taken care of with a blanking plate/welder. It is not an genuine VW
part. It is probably a Walker/Maramont/whoever knockoff.
Priced at $50 and reserve not met??? They don't want to sell it very
bad.
