I don't have many clues re: chains, but I suspect that it's rear-only .. why put chains on the front unless you're in a 4X4? Good luck finding any for 165R15 tires though; we've got half a pallet of assorted tire chains at work and *none* cover our tire size (I've looked at ALL of them). OTOH, my dad has an '02 TrailBlazer and the owners manual specifically states NOT to use chains -- some kind of adhesive "chain-in-a-can" stuff instead -- so that might be a way to go.

We don't salt the roads in CA.  Sand and other stuff, but no salt.  Thankfully.
