I have taken pictures of the 4 pictures in this book. They came out a 
bit blurry, but to compensate for that I've kept them in the huge size 
that they come out of the camera. They are 2048x1536, and about 1mb 
each. They are soon uploaded, just be patient if you get a 404, and try 
again.
