73 and newer in NY have an actual Title and non-transferable registration. 72 and earlier you transfer the registration... but Ill check with my buddy in the DMV just to make sure they havent changed the rules. That yellow form (sales tax) IS your bill of sale. All my Aircooleds have transferable registration... but they are all 72 and earlier.
