per are you talking about the steering wheel or the horn ring, or lack of
one in this case? A white steering wheel should not be on this 65 notch. The
horn "ring" bar type is correct for 64-65. The elusive white steering wheel
on a T3 was only on the earliest of examples, late 61. And to my knowledge
has only been seen on early press drivers of 61 in mags like popular
mechanics.
