	I almost always start with the car up just a little bit via a 
pair of jackstands on the rear torsion tubes.  With the car still 
farily low, I pull the engine, then get the engine all the way down 
on the ground.  This way I'm never lowering an engine from an 
excessive height, and I don't have to account for clearing the jack 
height when getting the car up in the air.

	Also, I don't have any jacks that go really high. ;)
