[T3] list up

Folks,

	I whipped through it pretty quickly, but the list should now 
be up.  Feel free to try some posts.

	I had distinct "feed" and "digest" subscriber lists from one 
or two days ago, so I should have all the digest folks back on 
digest.  (The new list had everyone imported in "feed" mode.)

	*Please* see:  http://vwtype3.org/list  for subscription 
maintenance instructions.  It's *totally* different from what it's 
been recently, but old-timers will recognize the instructions.

	There will definitely be subtle differences in how the [T3] 
is put into the subject line, how digests look, the mail headers, the 
"reply" behavior in your particular e-mail program, and so on.  Kinda 
hang loose and give it a whirl.  Note that if anything is *very* 
broken, I'll take the list off-line to fix it.
