Not to mention, most users have at least some feedback if they're around for any period of time, and you keep your feedback through name changes. (a quick search found me user "trustistrust" - look him up, if you're curious.) If you really suspect he's bidding against himself, just complain to eBay - they track IPs for all transactions, and they can very easily see if he's coming from the same place - then ALL his ids get banned, and all his auctions cancelled (shill bidding is a violation of Law, not just eBay policy).
