Re: [T3] Type3 Tacho

I totally understand about the price. I hope he sells loads of them for that
price. It's just more than I personally would pay. I'm going to be listing
lots of items on eBay soon and I'm sure some of them will get comments. I've
been selling on eBay for over 4 years, and I think most of the price you get
is in how you list items. Books and magazines I regularly buy for less than
$10.00 each will be bringing me between $40 and $70. I'll post a link to the
group when I get them up, probably on Saturday. That should give my hand
time enough to heal so that I can type at a resonable speed. I normally type
about 65-70 wpm, but it has taken me almost 5 minutes totype this little
e-mail.

Neil
I'd sell all 7 of my vw's for $10,000.

As I read through this, I first thought you were healing from the
shock of the selling price of that tach. ;)

Remember that even though sometimes asking prices are higher than
average, the actual selling price of a part or a car is a price that the
seller *and* the buyer agree too. I think that many of us would not pay
Dave's asking price for his tach, but, if one person does, more power to
Dave...

'63 Beetle, for sale, $15,000
'69 Beetle, for sale, $15,000
'69 Squareback, for sale, $15,000
'70 Bus, for sale, $15,000
All four for the low, low price of $35,000 :)
