No real strong thoughts, but 2 things to check: Check the hose to the vacuum modulator to make sure it isn't crimped shut somewhere, or full of oil. Drain the ATF and refill it, just in case it has the wrong stuff in there. Pull the pan off and clean the strainer at the same time.
