[T3] Checks before a long trip!

Hi everyone,
I have to move my '70 automatic notchback for about 440 miles (I'm quite 
worried about!). I have done the following checks:

Oil changed
ATF level checked
Valves clearance adjusted
Carbs and air filter are both OK
Spark plugs are OK
New fuel lines

Which further checks should I make? And again, which tools and/or spares 
should I carry on?
Please calm me! :)
The other choice I have is to carry my notch by ferry, but it's really 
expensive and time-requiring.
What I have to do?
Any advice would be much much appreciated!
