Assuming your seals are in good condition....You can
use a little vaseline and those plastic bike tire
irons, then it is pretty easy to remove any windows &
seals. You also have to give it a push from the inside
and out just to break it loose then just start working
around the window with the tire iron and gently
pushing on the glass they just get to a point where
they "slip" out. BTW have someone on the outside
making sure it doesn't fall.

Be careful with the back window especially with
fastbacks...because you can only get "cal-look" seals
for the back. Even if you aren't going to use the seal
be careful and someone else might be able to use it.
When I took my rear window out...after i had loosened
the window...i had my boyfriend put his back on the
inside of the window and push, it slipped out pretty
easily with the help of vaseline

The only window I couldn't get out without breaking it
was the windshield...but that was already broken. But
i managed to save the seal.

BTW i think a while ago i posted a detailed
description on how to remove windows... well good
luck.
