I reach this conclusion because it only goes to 100 mph. This makes it a 71 only version which could be converted nicely to use in an earlier year. I agree, however, that the price is astonishing. I hope they don't get it and THEN discover that the odo no longer works. ;-( I probably have a couple of these that I'd sell for much less.
