There are a couple of extra differences that make such a swap harder than you
might first think.

A bug case:

Has nowhere to bolt the type 3 dipstick tube, so you can't check the oil and
it's harder to add oil.

Has the oil pressure switch in a place that is in the way on a type 3, but that
hole can be plugged.

Has no rear mount holes (for the rear mount crossbar) so it won't work on type
3s later than 68.

May have the wrong size stud for the oil cooler.

There are workarounds for all of these problems. Some work better than others,
but all take some time and prevent such a swap from being the simple task that
I suspect you are hoping for. You're MUCH better off finding a real type 3
engine. Ask here; you may find one close to you.
