[T3] Weber carbs too rich?

Before you start with the carbs...please replace the exhaust and muffler 
first.
Try to fix the easy stuff first before you put the wagon before the donkey 
(or 1600)
Once that is done and you know all your exhaust issues are fixed , then move 
to the carbs..
