I won't know anything for a few weeks, BUT, we had big shots in today due to a meetings for a possible contract with Ford and I was talking to one of the VP's of Mahle-Tennex NA and mentioned our dilema with the Brazilian air filters that we can't buy here. I printed Jason's picture and gave it to him. (A picture is worth 1K words.) His boss is from Brazil and is going home for the holidays. His boss is also an old car nut. :=) He will try and find us a source while in Brazil and see if he can get me some. He thinks that filter was made by a Brazilian Mahle subsidiary. I hope this pans out. -- Russ Wolfe '66 FB MT '71 FB AT '65 Bug (not running) russw@classicvw.org http://www.classicvw.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org
