I gather that the axle didn't break, just the CV joint bolts, after they 
started to come loose. This is likely due to the fact that they weren't torqued 
to spec when the CV joints were last out.

I would take a hammer and band them back as straight as possible and then 
unscrew them with the proper metric spline driver. You'll probably eventually 
need an M8 x 1.25 tap to chase out the threads in the flange where they got 
distorted. You'll need to take off both CV joints on this side to get the work 
done; I find that plastic sandwich bags work well to keep the grease in and the 
dirt out when you're working on these.

You'll want to replace all 6 bolts on this side and be sure to torque all 24 CV 
joint bolts when you're done.
