Folks,

	I appreciate the good-natured intention of this thread, but 
it's a bit off-topic, and is the kind of information that should be 
coming to interested persons via other channels.  (Just like virus 
warnings, political messages, suggestions to stop smoking, etc. -- 
they *may* be of interest or useful to some -- or many -- list 
readers, but they're just off topic.)
