I have 2 & 1/2 of those (the 1/2 is the yellow part) here (mine are all black
though with red printing). Those are the Brazilian type3 parts that Jim Adney
said didn't exist a year ago (even though I've had 1 of them since 1989 when
I got my wife's Fastback) and got the second one with another car. I haven't
found anybody that has a new filter element for these ( I've come close dealing
with my FLAPS though), but its not a VW / Audi part (according to the numbers
on the filter). Have you found somebody who stocks a VW /Audi part numbered
filter for these?
