There seem to be a few differences in the way they connect to the body also- some have an extra flap to draw hot air in from the engine compartment, in addition to the preheated air from the heat exchanger. Some have flaps in the air cleaner part, while others have them in the intake part attached to the body. Did they change that quite a lot for the FI models as well?
