on-line Type 3 shopping (was Re: [T3] vwtype3.org hosting change)

	Who wants to write up where and how to shop for Type 3 stuff 
on-line?  A little description of thesamba and how to search there, 
what/how to look for things on ebay, and pointers to some of the 
general parts houses (aircooled.net, rmmw, cbperf, cip1, etc. etc. 
etc.).

	I'll replace the vwtype3.org classifieds page with this 
"where/how to  buy stuff" page.

	So, if somebody with a fair amount of experience (and a flair 
for writing couldn't hurt...) would like to volunteer, we can put up 
a draft for listees to critique (*constructively*, heh), and then put 
it up...

	Again, I'm looking for a nice, sweet *single* page that gives 
an overview of Type 3 Web shopping strategies.
