I use Associated Spring for work, they stock most everything.  I've 
never tried to order one spring though...  Scroll down, you will want 
music wire.  Next, measure the spring you've got: coil O.D., wire dia., 
number of turns, direction of turns and extension length.  Click the 
online catalog link to find the closest thing.  Good luck!
