And the pressure regulator should be able to go to 40 psi with no problems. I run my '71 1600cc at 32psi all the time. The pump is capable of over 65 psi. The resistor was a 250 ohm resistor. And I do have one around here if I can ever find it. If you try to make your own, cut the solid leads short, solder on stranded wire leads. Then "Pot" the solder connections in epoxy or something similar.
