	There are some simple coil tests in the books -- I think Muir 
has you look at the color of the spark.

	Don't replace it without testing it first.  They don't go bad 
very often.

	If it were my car, I'd do like Jim suggested and redo the 
tune-up bits -- points, valves, etc.

	By the way, have you readjusted the valves since having the 
new heads installed?  How many miles have you driven since the engine 
got put back together?
