I've been tinkering on it off and on for a while, but still not good enough to get her out of that domestic water cooled thing ( Chevy Astro). I think it's an FI thing, as when she started to drive ALL cars were carbed, but when FI became popular, she moved with it. Now, if its not FI, it needs to start and run like it is, :( and that doesn't help any. My dad said it was because " she would fire it up, roll out of the garage, (letting the garage door close while she lit her cigarette) then head out the drive (on to work) without letting the idle come down any" that keeps her from driving her type3 everyday. I said, "No, she just needs to get into VW time", as when driving a VW you don't care about getting there on time, as its the ride that counts (you get there when you get there, and not worry about it). Bob 65 Notch S w/ Sunroof 69 Squareback AT Sue 70 Fasty AT- she still likes driving i though : ) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org
