Thanks everyone for all your help. Hopefully this won't be as big of a job as I thought it would be! Incidentally Greg, I found that when I hit 'Reply' to your post, mine or Russ' it replies to the type3 address. When I hit reply to Jim or Steven, it went directly to them. For the record I am embarrassed to admit that I use Outlook Express. Interesting!
