[T3] sleep-in extenders - pictures needed

	I finally picked up a set of sleep-in extenders.  Toby, your 
scans of the instructions etc. are proving to be invaluable...

	Toby, or anyone else with an installed set, can you get some 
additional pictures of the installation?  There are a few 
miscellaneous bits of hardware that I'm missing.  It would be helpful 
for me to see the "body" end of the cable and chain attachments, and 
other pictures of the hinges and associated bits (extension plates, 
cable end hooks, etc.) fully installed.
