A lot of times it is just loose bolts. The last 2 I have worked on had the nuts that hold it to the tranmission case loose. You will have to get under the car to to check them. If the mount is bad, they are no longer made. You will have to settle for a used one. I have one here, but I am not sure I want to get rid of it. I own a '71 automatic fastback, and sure as I sell it, mine will go bad. I am sure you can find one from someone else here on the list. -- Russ Wolfe '66 FB MT '71 FB AT '65 Bug (not running) russw@classicvw.org http://www.classicvw.org ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org
