The 3 digit numbers are the last 3 digits of the long 10 digit Bosch part #. 265 is the right part for 68-71 (except for 71 AT) and 505 is the right one for 73 MT and maybe 73AT also. You can see the differences in the advance curves in the Bentley manual.
