Of particular note is a right-hand drive spring 1965 Notchback.  It 
was driven to the show today by its first and only owner, and 
Australian by the name of Lawrence.  He ordered it to be picked up 
new at the factory in Germany... said he picked up the car, but 
didn't make it back to Australia. ;)  Some 140,000 miles on the car. 
Neat owner-installed rear deck speaker!

	Another good showing for the new local Typ 3 Kultur club, and 
my Squareback got 2nd place out of 6 cars!  Larry and Mary Edson's 
gorgeous Type 34 brought home 1st place.  (I believe it's a good deal 
bluer than the picture; need to check the white balance setting on my 
camera.)  The Edsons had a very, very early Type 3 muffler (with 
weird, kind of tubular heat exchangers) for sale in the swap meet.

	Sacramento bug-o-rama in two weeks!!
