Anyone looking to relocate to Type 3 friendly Portland, OR should check 
out http://www.portlandmaps.com   The city has put their database on 
line, type in your potential home's address and everything is there, 
down to the size of my back porch (16 sq. ft).  Click on "maps" for 
topo, zoning and aerial photo, click on "crime" to see how scary your 
future hood is...  No, it doesn't list Type 3 density.  My immediate 1/4 
mile surrounding includes 1 notch, 3-4 squarebacks, 2 fastbacks (both 
original owner, one parked in a garage since 1978).
