"factory" meaning not done by an individual, but rather a company that rebuilds calipers. I'm sure that Bill and Steve's probably purchased the calipers from Inter American Motor company, or IMC. There can't be that high of a demand for the late model calipers, so I too would be interested in knowing about the company that is rebuilding the ones that are showing up in circulation. All I can say for sure, is that my calipers (one with 2 bleeders, and one with 1 bleeder) are identical in every way, except for the number of bleeders.
