First, check that the hub cap is tight and that the noise continues with the hub cap and trim rings off, then check the tightness of the lug nuts (92 ft- lbs) and the axle nut (215 ft-lbs.) If those are't the problem, carefully inspect the wheel to make SURE that the welds where the wheel center disk attaches to the rim are not cracked anywhere.
