Instead of raising my Squarebacks rear using the torsion bar tooth, I used shosks that have coils around, very common item, bought from JC Whitney, mostly used on Baja bugs. No more sag and no potential torsion bar breakage. When torsion bar teeth are rotated to raise car , the bar flexis even more above the factory spec , especially when they are weak, this will snap them when loaded and then running over pot holes, so to prevent that I added helper spring shocks that are height adjustable , it is nice and straight now and not stiff.
