[T3] rear end droop

<x-flowed>The rear end of our '69 fastback seems to sag a little too much as 
compared with the front. Granted, it is worse when it is unloaded - no 
fuel, no people - but it is still way off of horizontal.

We have the fenders off and this is probably an opportune time to 
either raise the back, or lower the front, or both. Not looking for a 
nose-down configuration or "lowered" - just horizontal.

Where should we start?
