[T3] Ok, fill 'er up

It's only taken me a pathetic 3 years or so to do it, but I finally have
the "links" page script working on my site.  Now users can add their own
links to my link page, and after replying to a confirmation email, it
will be posted on the page.  My main page address is
www.donttrythisathome.org so if you want to add a link, please feel free
to do so.
