I have unfortunately been involved in an accident in my '66 Fasty. Someone hit me in the rear while I was sitting at a stoplight. The rear bumper and apron are toast, there is minor structural damage on the drivers side rear that has caused the rear fender to buckle slightly. None is so bad that she's undriveable. I'm currently arming myself to try to get a fair payout from the guy's insurance agency. So far 2 people have looked at it and scratched their heads no knowing how in the world to estimate it so while they are trying to figure that out I'm pricing it myself. Does anyone have any of the old reference material a body shop (or VW dealer) would have showing times expected for specific repairs? Thanks for any help, Travis '66 Fasty (slightly shmushed) www.keedyweb.net/fastback ------------------------------------------------------------------- List info at http://www.vwtype3.org/list | mailto:gregm@vwtype3.org
