Ummm... This sounds right for the regulator, but the "pressure" sensor should 
actually connect to intake vacuum and should never see any "pressure" greater 
than 1 atmosphere, which would read zero on most gauges.

Perhaps this is a source of confusion. This sensor should more properly be 
called the vacuum sensor.

Is it really possible that someone has connected your "pressure" sensor to the 
fuel rail? It SHOULD connect to a nipple on the intake air regulator. That 
nipple points to the left and comes out of the center bottom of the intake air 
regulator.

BTW, are we talking about the same part? The pressure sensor is a fist sized 
alum part that is suspended from the underside of the cargo floor, just to the 
left of the engine access opening. Is this what you meant?
