UK cars weren't fitted with these, but I have driven a Type 3 when one circuit
failed, and it's fairly easy to notice it by the excess travel, apart from the
lack of braking.  I don't think we need them here, any more than we need a label
on the battery that tells us not to drink it.  Is it true the US has(had?) such
a notice, or is it just a poor attempt at a joke?
