Well your 69 is the last year of the early body style. In 70 VW enlarged the
front trunk, causing a change to the front fenders and hood. The 70 to 73
fronts will not interchange, but the 61 to 69 will. In the rear all Fast and
Squareback fenders will interchange, but you would need to change the tail
light parts for the 70-3 fenders. Most people are looking for the early
parts, not late ones. I hope this helps.
