If this is FI, make sure that the pressure sensor hose is connected at both ends. If that's okay, then check the battery voltage at med RPM with the engine warm after a drive. It should be 14.1-14.4V; if it is less than 13.5V replace the voltage regulator with a Bosch 30 019.
