	This is the relay for the "extra" (and generally considered 
unnecessary) cold start system that was an add-in for pre-'70 model 
year Type IIIs.  Based on the parts blowouts I've seen, and the 
simplicity of the system, I don't expect the relay to have changed or 
to be significantly different over the two-year application.

	Do you have this system installed in your car?  I've only 
seen one example in real life, and have heard first-hand of another 
example.  If you don't have this add-on system, are you trying to 
collect the pieces to add to your car?
