[T3] New to list and VWs

Howdy all. I'm new to the VW scene. I bought a ' 70 squareback about two
years ago because the price was right ( 50 bucks!!). It had been sitting
since 1980 in a warehouse that was the parking garage where I worked. I
haven't had the time or space to work on it 'till just recently. I've been
following the mailing list for the past several days, and this looks like
the place to get the answers to the questions that I'm inevitably going to
have about this car, especially the thirty plus year old fuel injection
system!! The car as purchased didn't have an engine, but I bought a complete
but very rusty donor and stripped it of anything I could use, including a
complete engine. I know that ya'll are going to say get the Bentley manual,
I've had one for about a year now ; ). I'm going to try getting some pics on
Samba this evening. Thanks for the good advice (even if I don't need some of
it quite yet). Let project CheapSquare begin!
