The timing was about 10 degrees retarded.  No wonder it was a bit sluggish.
I couldn't find the marks at first until I popped the belt cover and looked
from the side.

Lovely car though.  Nice to see what good interior (or interior period)
looks like first hand.  And the automatic is pretty smooth too.. and the
stock fullback seats ...and the little strap/hook for the rear engine
cover.... It was eye-opening.
